Nigella's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these cookies after seeing them on Nigella Express a few months ago....they are soooo damn good....they taste out of this world......very...very...very chocolatey!!!!!....& of course I did some "renovation" on my cookies.........I add walnuts!!!!!!!!

Don't u just loveeeee to watch Nigella cooked. I just can't stop staring at her perfect teeth, her "kudau" (eyebrows), her dark hair, her cheekbones & .......she is so eloquent with her words......!!!!! I love the fact that she isn't afraid to eat.....(ohh boy she really can eat!!!!!). To me she is soooo gorgeous & has great curves!!!!!!!!......She's a Goddess.....

Ok guys........do try this wonderful recipe, u won't regret it!!!!

Ingredients:

125 gm dark cooking chocolate

150 gm flour

30 gm cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

125 gm soft butter

50 gm brown sugar

50 gm white sugar

1 egg, cold from the fridge

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

250 gm dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in a couple of minute

Cream butter & sugars

add the melted chocolate, vanilla & egg

add flour & chips

bake for 15-18 minutes

Lok Kawi Wildlife Park.....Part 1

We brought the girls to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park today!!!!......It's the girls first visit to the zoo.......they were sooooo excited!!!!......the weather was fine & we really had a fabulous day. Enjoy the pictures!!!!

She called the elephant...Tika (one of the cartoon character in Barbie The Island Princess)

Prince Azul.....Peacock...again...one of the cartoon character in Barbie Island Princess......... Hubby spoted a Hornbill....& he quickly told the girls that it's a "BIG HORN"...LOL!!!!

Belum pun sampai 10 minutes walk......we got tired & rest for a while!!!!

Lok Kawi Wildlife Park.....Part 2

We really enjoyed the open atmosphere, the availability of places to sit & watching the animals ........wonderful experience for the girls,....I have to comment on the cleanliness of the entire facility.....toilets, grounds..... everything!!!!

I manage to snap a few pictures of the visitors.........

It's a good thing that I'm wearing a proper sandals for the looooooooong walk

unlike some of the women who are wearing high heels......to the ZOO!!!!!!!

Is it a 3 inch heels?...how can she stand wearing that high heels?

The Birthday Lunch.......

We were so hungry after the zoo visit, I can eat an elephant!!!!.....hihihihi....ok...so off we go to 1Borneo.............

On our way to 1Borneo........we notice a new place to hang out...

We had our lunch at Sushi King...........

Hi u guys............

Believe it or not, I turn 36 today!!!! Turning 36 was a bit of an ordeal to me. But i have come to realize that I will always get older but I'll never get old......cheeewaahhhhh......opps....insyallah.

So last nite, we went out for dinner at Brass Monkey, Jalan Lintas. It was just a simple celebration....just the 4 of us. I had blackpepper steak & hubby had redsnapper...can't remember what's the sauce tho'! ........enjoy the pictures.........

an update.....but more of a Friday Ramblings......

Hello peeps........

I know it's been a while since my last post.......am sooooo sorry for not being able to update myself...hihihihi........been busy & not in the mood for blogging and also having trouble with my PC or server?.....sooooooo damn slow!!!!!!.....Well ok..enuf of that....OMG....do u guys notice that it's July already?.....Middle of the year?....& it's my birth month.."wink" "wink".....note...."getting older"???.......ok...I just can't stop thinking of the word "OLD"..."BERUMUR"......I know....it's only numbers....NUMBERSSSS?.....& in my case...it's alot of numberssssss.........

Ok..on to a brighter side.......I went shopping to 1Borneo the other day.....without the girls & hubby of course!!!.....punya best....no gangguan or what so ever!!!!.......so went to this shop called....DAISO.....it's a Japanese shop...selling all sorts of things, from housewares to everything!!!.....it's a RM5.00 shop!!!!...everything is RM5.00!!!!...isn't great!!!!.....but not to go there on the weekends.......it's full of people!!!!!

I bought the girls & myself a straw hats....for our gardening or teaparty session!!!!

BUT......do u guys know what?....masa mau bayar tu...I'm soooo pist off with the cashier......... how "susah" it is to "kira" only three things with the same price?
