Penang Village, 1Borneo

We had dinner at Penang Village, 1Borneo last friday.

Great food........nice place........ & comfortable chairs.......yes...very comfortable......

It taste like Nasi Goreng Kerabu....& they served with Kerabu Mango.....

& top with prawns.........hmmmmmm.....superdelicious......

Nigella's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these cookies after seeing them on Nigella Express a few months ago....they are soooo damn good....they taste out of this world......very...very...very chocolatey!!!!!....& of course I did some "renovation" on my cookies.........I add walnuts!!!!!!!!

Don't u just loveeeee to watch Nigella cooked. I just can't stop staring at her perfect teeth, her "kudau" (eyebrows), her dark hair, her cheekbones & .......she is so eloquent with her words......!!!!! I love the fact that she isn't afraid to eat.....(ohh boy she really can eat!!!!!). To me she is soooo gorgeous & has great curves!!!!!!!!......She's a Goddess.....

Ok guys........do try this wonderful recipe, u won't regret it!!!!

Ingredients:

125 gm dark cooking chocolate

150 gm flour

30 gm cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

125 gm soft butter

50 gm brown sugar

50 gm white sugar

1 egg, cold from the fridge

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

250 gm dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in a couple of minute

Cream butter & sugars

add the melted chocolate, vanilla & egg

add flour & chips

bake for 15-18 minutes

Lok Kawi Wildlife Park.....Part 1

We brought the girls to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park today!!!!......It's the girls first visit to the zoo.......they were sooooo excited!!!!......the weather was fine & we really had a fabulous day. Enjoy the pictures!!!!

She called the elephant...Tika (one of the cartoon character in Barbie The Island Princess)

Prince Azul.....Peacock...again...one of the cartoon character in Barbie Island Princess......... Hubby spoted a Hornbill....& he quickly told the girls that it's a "BIG HORN"...LOL!!!!

Belum pun sampai 10 minutes walk......we got tired & rest for a while!!!!

Lok Kawi Wildlife Park.....Part 2

We really enjoyed the open atmosphere, the availability of places to sit & watching the animals ........wonderful experience for the girls,....I have to comment on the cleanliness of the entire facility.....toilets, grounds..... everything!!!!

I manage to snap a few pictures of the visitors.........

It's a good thing that I'm wearing a proper sandals for the looooooooong walk

unlike some of the women who are wearing high heels......to the ZOO!!!!!!!

Is it a 3 inch heels?...how can she stand wearing that high heels?
