Dinner at Karambunai!

A bit lazy & tired to go out, our room is sooooooo far away from the restaurant somemore......we decided to have dinner in our room!

one really can eat....but the other one really can make a mess!

I tell u, this girl really can eat!

My Texas Cut Ribeye served with Potato Wedges,

Corn on the Cob, Horseradish & Black Pepper Au-Jus! (3 star)

Baba's Nasi Goreng Karambunai served with Satay, Fried Egg,

Crispy Kerupok & Chicken boxing (3 star)

Cha's Hainanese Roasted Chicken Rice

(5 star!!!!!...nyummy ohhhh the rice)

Nexus Resort Karambunai (Day 1: 07th March 2008)

Hello peeps!

It's been ages since my last post. Supermom been busy for the whole week, that is busy planning for Sofea's birthday party this coming Saturday (yes peeps...not on the Sunday anymore).

Well anyway, we a now in Karambunai Resort....relaxing. Hubby is in need of a lottttttt of rest! He is soooooo stress out with his work and study!

It is a rainy weather now, so no swimming for the kids. Maybe tomorrow. While checking in just now, Cha is being approached by two Italian ladies! they wanted to take pictures of her and Sofea! They said that we have two "bello" (italian word for beautiful) daughters! !'m sooooo proud, & hey this is not the first time! ...kambang kampis juga lah..hehehehe.......

Today is Sofea's 2nd birthday, so last night hubby & I decided to bring the kids to Kenny Rogers to celebrate. The Birthday Party will be held on this Sunday (09 March 2008) at my mom's house.

I just loveeee Kenny Rogers! the food was excellent! I'm giving them 5 star!!!

Door Gift!

For this coming Birthday Party for Sofea (my second daughter), supermom (that is me) planning to give my guest a door gift that is a "campuran" we call it in Brunei!!!

The "Campuran" consist of a Sugar Cookies & a Cupcakes!. I've got this lovely recipe from Strawberry Shortcake Cookbook. It is such a wonderful & a "berry" colourful and interesting cook book!!!!

Its a new restaurant, located at Plaza Grand Millennium, Penampang bypass, highway to KK.


The place were very spacious & airy, ample parking space, the food .... great & very cheap!....but helloooooo....a very weird name for a restaurant ehhh?? "Sam Pok" ....sounds like a PORK...BUT...they serve no pork!!!! thats what they said in the banner!!!! I'm giving them 4 stars (out of 5)
